Shipping & Delivery Information

When Will I Receive My Order?

All Anman orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses. Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

After dispatch, standard delivery within the contiguous United States (48 states) usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow its progress at any time.

Please note that we currently do not ship to military bases, PO Box, APO, or FPO address.

Why Might My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?

Some Anman products—especially sim racing cockpits and accessories—are large or consist of multiple components. To ensure faster delivery and safer handling, your order may be split into separate shipments.

This approach allows us to avoid unnecessary delays and ensures that each package is transported using the most suitable carrier and packaging method. You will receive tracking information for each shipment so you can monitor all packages until delivery is complete.

What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?

Every Anman order is shipped with full insurance coverage. While we work closely with our logistics partners, final delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost due to circumstances beyond your control, our customer service team will step in promptly. Depending on availability, we will either:

• Arrange a tracked replacement shipment with expedited delivery, or

• Issue a partial or full refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
