Experience Period Returns
At Anman, we understand that assembling and testing a racing simulator cockpit is essential before deciding if it fits your needs. That’s why we offer a 30-day experience period for returns. During this period, you may assemble and try your product under normal use.
To be eligible for an experience period return:

Core components, such as frame rails and panels, must remain free of irreversible damage, deep scratches, or deformation.

All original accessories, manuals, fasteners, and packaging must be included.
To initiate a return, contact us at 📧 anman.service01@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos if relevant, to help us process your request quickly. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Quality Issue Returns
If your product has a manufacturing defect, missing or damaged part, or is significantly different from its description, Anman will take full responsibility.
For quality issue returns:

We cover all shipping costs, including pre-paid return labels or, where available, on-site pickup.

Upon inspection, we will provide a replacement shipment or full refund depending on your preference and stock availability.
Our team aims to resolve quality-related returns promptly and efficiently, ensuring that every customer receives a fully functional and safe product.
Return Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
If your return meets the criteria for experience period or quality issue returns:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Partial refunds may apply only if returned items show irreversible damage, missing parts, or modifications.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original product first. After approval, place a separate order for the replacement. This ensures accurate stock and smooth processing.
